For over ten years Emily has conducted due diligence assessments and social audits in thirty plus countries, analyzing and reporting for a variety of industry sectors. Emily has helped design, pilot and implement an array of responsible sourcing tools and advisory projects for global companies and industry initiatives for all levels of varying commodity supply chains including minerals, agriculture and textiles. Emily has worked with UL Responsible Sourcing, RCS Global, Arche Advisors as well as an independent consultant. Over the last seven years Emily also led human rights projects and policy studies at the Irish Centre for Human Rights, National University of Ireland Galway. Emily directed projects funded by the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights, the European External Action Service and the UK Foreign Commonwealth Office. Emily is a qualified lawyer. She has multiple auditor accreditations, including ISO 9001, scheme certifications and APSCA member. Along with her Juris Doctorate, she has an LL.M in International Human Rights Law. Emily manages OECD Due Diligence alignment assessments, supply chain mapping and responsible sourcing program development. She currently resides with her family in Ireland.
